Application Update

We hope this update finds our amazing CloudFest Hackathon community well. We want to share some important updates regarding the application process for CloudFest Hackathon 2025.

During a routine system check, we discovered that our application form experienced technical difficulties between November 20-30, 2024. This may have affected some submissions during this period, particularly those who did not receive an automatic confirmation email after applying.

What This Means For Applicants

If you applied between November 20-30 and did not receive an application confirmation email, please contact us at hackathon@cloudfest.com. We will provide you with a link to resubmit your application, ensuring your submission receives full consideration in our selection process.

No action is required if:

• You applied outside the November 20-30 timeframe
• You received an application confirmation email after submitting your application

Changes to Selection Timeline

To ensure fair consideration for all applicants, we have adjusted our selection timeline:

• The first round of selections will now take place in January 2025
• The second call for applications will open on January 6, 2025 (previously scheduled for December 16)

All first-batch applicants will receive an email informing them of one of three outcomes:

• Selected to attend the hackathon
• Being considered for the second batch of selections
• Application not selected
